About This Walk
Experience the very best of the National Park surrounding Mt Wilson on our Mt Wilson Highlights Walk, a scenic half-day designed to showcase the region's diverse beauty — from rainforest gullies and tumbling waterfalls to rugged clifftop lookouts and awe-inspiring canyon views.
We'll explore three distinct sites, each offering a different glimpse into Mt Wilson's remarkable landscapes. At every stop, your guide will lead you on a short walk of 45 to 90 minutes, unveiling the natural and geological stories behind the terrain. Wander through ancient rainforest trails, admire unique rock formations, and capture panoramic vistas that stretch across the Blue Mountains wilderness.
Enjoy a light brunch in spectacular surroundings, taking in the peace and fresh mountain air before being driven back to your starting point. There will be time afterwards to visit one of Mt Wilson's famous private open gardens for a small additional fee (payable to the garden) — the perfect way to end a day immersed in nature's beauty.
