Cancellation Policy

Our tours operate in all weather conditions unless they are deemed (by us!) to be unsafe. Assume that your tour is going ahead, unless you hear from us that it is cancelled. If we cancel a tour we will rebook you to your choice of available dates, or if a suitable date cannot be found we will provide a full refund.

Our tours require a significant amount of advance preparation, and generally bookings are made more than a week in advance, so late cancellations have a large impact.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 72 hours (3 days) notice - 100% refund or rebook at no charge.

24 to 72 hours (1 - 3 days) notice - 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours notice - no refund.
